My overall experience at take has been a joyful and relaxing experience. The proffers at Midlands Technical College are always striving and pushing that extra step to make sure their students get whatever they need. The campus is also very beautiful and not difficult to get the hang of.

I have never had a bad experience at Midlands Technical College. All professionals treat you with respect and are always willing to help you in any way they can. There are many resources for students.

I'm taking like several classes in-persons and online, I'll be performing for the talent show at Midlands Technical College, and I used to save up some moneys for college, concerts, music, foods, travel, and fitness. I'll be moving to the off-campus apartments in Columbia, so I get to take classes in the early morning.

The administration changes academic program year to year sometimes quite arbitrarily. Recent example is the addition of Ecology and lab to Humanities degrees instead of Biology. The issue is that you must take 2 consecutive sciences with labs when you transfer and Ecology doesn't neatly transfer to every sc school. Classes were randomly dropped early in semester multiple times, had to clear up with admin. The teachers are great, the administrative side is lacking however. It's a good place to get credits and transfer if you live in the Columbia area.

My experience was during Covid and all online. I thought the professors were fantastic and passionate about their teachings. They were all very helpful wanted their students to succeed. I do think the advisem*nt needs improvement. I had to stay on top of what classes I needed myself for the most part and felt very rushed during advisem*nt. I would recommend the school overall.

My experience, is compelling. But there are a lot of plus'es in school program process vision. I admire most the technology, study rooms, workshop and conventions to engage opportunities. I also admire the resources and library opportunities to engage research or social surveys to generate campaign solutions. The negative side is strict coherent rules to not allow hoover boards or better eating for students who are constantly and expectantly on the go. I would also like see more liquidated student age appropriate wealth ideas to support life style, nutrition and health services needs to build social support within school participation and interactions. Such as lunch or bookstore credits, dinner outing with classmates or family supported intuition outings could help. Better access to field trips and educational engagements can build community culture values and better age moral identity support. What do you all think? Thank you for reading my post.

Wonderful professors, wonderful staff. Extremely helpful admissions and advisors. All around wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this school to others. They offer many programs, and the best part is, if you need a specific path to take, they can and will come up with a schedule just for you!

I like how organized majority of the classes and assignments are. What I would like to see change is the engagement between teachers and students. Sometimes its hard to get a hold of the teachers when it comes to needing help or needing to discuss assignments .

I am still currently taking courses at Midlands Tech, however I have so far experienced nothing but positive things. I love how flexible the online classes are and how the teachers are very helpful. I also like how the staff is very helpful whenever you need assistance with anything whether it's admission or registering for classes.

It was alright, nothing spectacular. It offers a variety of academic and training courses. When I reached out to departments for questions they helped me out.

My freshman year was great I will say the instructors are awesome. Honestly,in the beginning I thought I would be rough my freshman year, I can honestly say, I've learned so much since I've been attending class at Midlands tech. Having all the resources we need to succeed, and accomplish our goals whether it's online or in the class. we have all the information we need for any student to be successful. When it come to college expenses, if college is for you, and you know this is what you want to do to better your life, MTC and it's peers have all the financial resources, you'll need if you need help paying for your tuition. I've been attending Midlands Tech since August, of 2023, and im more than overwhelmed with the help and guidance from the faculty there at Midland tech, had been great. I continue to reach out to me class mates, when we have school events, gives us some time, well for the ones online, to communicate and interact with one another. Overall it's been great here at MTC.

I am glad that I'm able to take my classes online but the options to take online courses are very limited. One of my classes I have to go in person for which isn't really ideal. The bookstore is not organized at all! You can't call because they don't answer the phones or their emails. You have to go to the school in person in order for you to get something done. The teachers that I've had so far have been really nice and the counselors are also really nice.

Midlands Technical College is a very good school, it has great staff and opportunities in order to jump-start your career. I like how Midlands Tech is more about business than it is about having a student community. Granted that sometimes you will miss the aspect of a community Midlands tech is affordable and able to get you where you need to go..

Midlands tech was a lot of fun, but it didn't have the same appeals that a "traditional college" does like dorm life or college ball games but it definitely gets the job done. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

I was a dual enrollment student at Midlands Technical College. MTC offers free tuition for DE students and the application process is easy. The advisors are helpful though it can take a while for some of them to respond. They have a wide variety of courses and credits can transfer easily to universities within South Carolina.

MIdlands Technical College is a more personal college where I feel I am able to get the attention and assistance needed to not only complete my work efficiently but to feel confident in my abilities to succeed. There is ample resources to utilize and flexible schedules allowing me to work and go to school full-time. I do enjoy being a part of the Mavericks and feel pride to be here as my first step towards a new life, but I would like to see more opportunities to connect with other students there are activities regularly but I feel as though I am not meeting many other students.
